Portland, Oregon personal injury lawyer Dane Johnson focuses his law practice on the representation of those harmed by negligent or wrongful conduct. He has represented plaintiffs successfully in personal injury litigation and mediation. Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts.
Mr. Johnson was one of seventeen graduates in his University of Oregon School of Law class to earn admission to the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. He served as an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review and a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Competition moot court team. During law school, he worked as lead law clerk in the Oregon Department of Justice Trial Division, Torts and Employment Law Section on personal injury and employment discrimination cases. Mr. Johnson also clerked for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, helping prosecutors fight animal cruelty and working to promote legal rights for animals.
